You've recently came back and we don't accept people just because they've done 100s of F1s there are other factors that come into play and I honestly don't seem to hear much about you since you've came back.

Sally, i have done my best to not get demoted during the hardest period of my life. I did do forum work, and also did atleast 25 f1s a week, now im doubling that amount. I do help people across all 3 servers now, mostly f1 because its neede there. But i also do help new players RP, im on the forums 5 hours a day. Im improving, and people know that im not a quitter.

You could do with waiting a few more weeks for your activity to build up before applying, however beside that you are a great guy who completes F1s very well, and a god damn lot of them too.

I have recently seen you doing a very good job in-game. This week you have manged to do over 70 F1's which is a very high number and doesn't really need to be improved. However, at this moment in time I don't see you interacting that much with the lead team and the wider community on the teamspeak. So that is an area for improvement. Also, I feel like you could do with being more active on the forums, this would mean you doing more appeals and player reports. If you improve on the things that I have mentioned, and keep up the good work then I could eventually see you becoming a lead team member.

Personally, I don't see you a lot, this might bee because of your time zones but as well as this you have just recently come back as of my understanding and more time might be a tip.

Oh where do I even start with this manchild.
- Used to target and come after various players constantly discarding whatever they had said/done in an attempt to make them look bad in front of everyone. You as an admin was the worst mistake this community ever made, and I don't say this loosely. You were, I think, the absolute WORST staff member I have ever met on this community. None of the others even come close. You are a disrespectful, unkind, rude, short-tempered, powerhungry, 48 year old man who takes a gmod server way too seriously. You need to learn that there will be consequences for your actions, and that you don't get a "free pass" on all this torment that you caused me and others of this community. In my opinion you should never have gotten staff in the first place, let alone a second fucking time.

My microphone is broken buddy, i am writing with lead team over steam. I am doing many as i can on the forums, im on here atleast 3 hours a day.. Im reporting everything i need (about staff) and i have been here since 2013. But thank you for the post!

SyStem is honestly a great candidate for lead team member. He is both helpful and active.
