How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
From the very beginning I got used to being a moderator quickly with about 2 or 3 mistakes ever since I got staff in the first place. I always try to be as fair as possible with situations and punishments to the players to ensure that they learn from warnings and keep playing on the server.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
Just like when I was moderator and a lot of the time I was alone on the server, a bit more power was very helpful becoming administrator. From being admin to administrator having more power will help too. As far as I know I'm quite known in the server and try my best to make a good atmosphere for all the players. I know the rules of the server very well and have helped other staff members with decisions on punishments when situation is complicated and at the same time ensuring the players are happy with the decisions made.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I seen a staff member acting very immaturely (e.g cocky, arrogant, presumptuous) and handling multiple reports incorrectly and unfairly. I did my best to correct them for that time that I was on the server with them, and contacted a higher staff about it with proof about what they did.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Firstly I'd check any evidence that was given to me and then I would check on the staff member as they do their job to see how they handle things and if there's any abuse involved. If the evidence is good enough for demotion (for example they abuse the tsay, or be biased in reports depending on whether they personally like the person or not.) After watching them for a while whether I find any evidence myself or not, I'd ask them why they did the things they did in the evidence provided against them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
The primary thing to do would be to ask why the player was banned to such an extensive amount of time and if the reason was not reasonable enough for such a long ban, the ban time would be reduced and I'd show the staff member a link to the ban reasons and time for offences. I'd check up on any future bans from that staff member for some time to ensure that they're fair. If the bans are still excessive after that I would try to get the staff member re-recruited.
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I'd message the staff member privately and tell them the way they are interacting with the players in the report they are handling is inappropriate. I'd then ensure he or she finishes off the report properly. I'd then keep an eye on the reports that player handles for some time after to ensure they act maturely and give the server a good name.
Staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
The most important thing here would be evidence. I'd keep the staff member reporting the other staff member anonymous. I'd then re check whether it happened or not or if it was maybe a misunderstanding. If the rules the staff member was breaking were severe (e.g Mass RDMing or abusing commands such as noclip) they'd get instantly demoted.
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
First I'd ask what the argument is about and to keep it as private as possible from the players to not give the server a bad name. I'd to my best to solve whatever the argument is about and tell the staff members involved to avoid future arguments. If they both can't keep away from arguments and/or they give a bad look on the server for it they would eventually both get demoted.
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I'd advise the players involved to report the staff members in detail so it can be dealt with properly. Then i'd message the staff member privately asking why they are behaving like this manner, and maybe temporarily demote them to avoid further damage until the reports are sent in by the players and seeing whether its reasonable for them to get their rank back or not.
