And you might be right. Having a mic might be extremely helpful in some situations but I doubt it will ever be truely crucial.
Anyway. I'd be a challange and like almost all challanges I've had in the past, I managed to beat the odds and fight my way through. If I never beat the odds I'd still be an SSRP admin instead of a Head Admin where having a mic was deemed "a requirement". Obviously with accepting someone without a mic you might take a risk aswell. But you'll never know how it turns out without giving a person like that a chance.
And I totally agree with this part

As I might be able to once again overcome the challanges a lack of a microphone might bring.

I say good luck, you have proven a mic is not needed and isn't a requirement, when it came to SSRP.
