I have vast amounts of lead team experience, this is mainly due to the fact that I have been within the SSRP Lead Team for over one year now. This shows that I have handled many situations in a professional manner while being in the lead team. I have never been given an official warning, which shows that I can handle situations correctly. In the past, situations that I have handled have been used as examples to up and coming lead team members, showing them how lead team situations are handled in an idealistic world. I believe that this experience has given me then ability to handle lead team situations in a professional manner. This experience has also effected my judgement and has made be more knowledgeable about the best way to approach many situations and come to an efficient resolve, giving the best outcome. Furthermore I have been an SSRP Head Admin before, this showing that I am accustomed to the rank. This shows that I can become a Head Admin due to this past experience within the SSRP Head Admin team. I have more lead team experience than the majority of the super admins combined, and more time spent as a head admin than a few of the current head admins, during this time I feel that I made no mistakes and was a good staff member efficiently doing my job which lead to me becoming lead team again after only a few weeks on the staff team after my resignation. I believe that experience within the role and/or similar roles is also important, I have gained such experience through owing the communities 2 most popular servers after SSRP, this has given me relevant experience that even many head admins across servers don't have. This enlightened me as to what occurs within all aspects of servers, showing me how many different situations can be efficiently and effectively dealt with in many different circumstances. All of the above mentioned items show that I would fit well within the head admin role and that it would be similar to returning to an old job, with little to no adjustments required for me to resume my previous rank.



I believe it is apparent that I hold many leadership capabilities. This can evidently be shown with the fact that along side Max I own 2 popular servers within the community. Each of these servers have their own independent staff team, and these staff members look to me as a leader and someone who can lead the server in the right direction. From this we can gather that I possess many leadership qualities, having staff teams trust me and look up to me as their leader. I feel like a leadership capability is vital for a head admin, especially on SSRP, this is due to the fact that you are the leading rank on the server, and many staff members ranging from mod to super admin look to head admins for leadership, and strong leadership at that. I believe that I am a strong leader and can help lead the staff team in the right direction, this combined with my strong experience within the role show that I am more than capable of taking this role and leading the server in the right direction just like I have done before and aim to continue to do so. Without my leadership capabilities I wouldn't have been promoted to the ranks that I have attained, again showing confidence in my leadership abilities ranging from the CM team to Max. I also believe that I take an active role within many SSRP meetings, leading many votes and pushing for change, or pushing an argument for a candidate, however many get behind me within meetings and believe in the leadership capabilities that I have demonstrated across all ZARP server when playing. This leadership would be an asset to the head admin team like it has been in the past and I aim to bring this back to the server and continue to do the hard work that has been seen before along with the strong leadership.



It is apparent that I am trusted throughout the community within many different servers. This is mainly due to the fact that I own two servers within the community, showing the community teams utmost trust within me, having full server access along with file access. This demonstrates the trust that many have for me within the community, showing that I can control a server and relieve that pressure off the community team and run a server. I believe trust is vital when becoming an SSRP head admin, this is mainly because the staff team and users need to know that they can trust you with the most sensitive of information when playing on the server. The players and staff alike should be able to blindly put there trust in you and have faith that you will ensure the best outcome to the situation that has been entrusted to you. This level of trust means that situations are dealt with effectively and most efficiently giving the best outcome for all parties that are involved with the situation. I have also been trusted with the rank in the past, again demonstrating the fact that I am ready to become a head admin as I have held the rank before. Along with the fact that I have never misbehaved and received any form of punishment for my actions from the lead team. These factors further reinforce my ability to become an SSRP head admin and show that I could take the promotion in my stride and begin with my previous position that I had attained through had work and dedication to the server.



My dedication to the community is apparent, I have been within the community now for roughly two years, for the majority of this time I have been a staff member within the community and shown my dedicated. I have worked hard for many servers mainly the SSRP server, however this dedication has also been seen on other servers and example of this is the TTT server. During my time on the TTT sever I have shown such dedicated that the server has gone from being dead, receiving less than 10 players per day to being the third most popular in the world, having nearly 42 players on the server constantly. This shows the dedication to the sever and the time that I am willing to dedicate in order to improve the community. This dedication has also been shown on the BHOP server improving the rank to second within the world. My dedication to SSRP has been the most, being in the lead team for over one year and showing that I can strive for improvement and show innovation within the server. I believe that this dedication is vital when becoming an SSRP head admin, one of the most trusted ranks within the community, as you cannot abandon ship and need to show to the staff an users that you can help them and strive for improvement within the server. Without such dedication I wouldn't have remained within the staff team and shown my self to be vastly beneficial to the staff team. SSRP is the highest rank that can be achieved within the server and requires vast amounts of dedication. As I have held this rank before it shows that I have extreme dedication to the SSRP server and as I am in the position to apply for the server it shows that I continue to have this dedication and that it can be used again for the benefit and improvement of the SSRP server and its staff team.



Overall I am a very active staff member within the community. Firstly I play on all severs that I am staff on everyday this shows that I am always available. If I do not play on a sever I always aim to do something beneficial and helpful for the server within that day. I am always on the team speak within my free time, this means that people can easily communicate with me and ask for help when it is needed on the server. Activity, especially high activity is a vital part of becoming a head admin on the SSRP server, as you can always be needed in attempt to help out players and staff like on the server and the team speak. Without this activity a head admin becomes useless and unneeded as staff and users cannot quickly communicate with them so that they can resolve a situation. This high level of activity allows a head admin to quickly bring a resolve to a situation so that people don't have to wait for their situations to be handled and a resolve met. I have shown this activity and that it can be kept up, however many know that I am currently sitting my GCSE exams and so for around 6-7 weeks my activity will drop and shall become difficult to keep. After this period my activity will increase and I will be able to resume very high activity as I will be out of school for over 10 weeks. Overall my activity will remain very high and will remain to be vastly beneficial to the community and the SSRP server.
