I have been in this community for a long time and i should be Super Admin because there are things that admins cant solve. I know this from SSRP. I'm on every day for like 4 hours. I want to help staff team that needs help from a lead team member.
I would have liked to know more in detail what exactly a Super Admin can deal with that an admin can't possibly do, you don't have to explain powers that staff has, but rather explaining how differently would a lead team member deal with situation.
I should be promoted because I have been honest and fair to people. I'm in touch with the lead team. I'm experienced as admin. I'm trusted with powers. I'm active. There are some problems that admins can't solve, and i will be a super admin that helps admins about it.
You are fair, to some degree, although the fact that you haven't been in an admin position long, so whether or not you will be like that in the future will depend on your dedication time. Not only do you have to be in touch with the lead team, but with other staff as well, even if that only happens only on the server and the reason for that is communication and guidance. Even though you have been an admin on SSRP, that doesn't mean that you are fully experienced in staff position on Deathrun and of course you haven't been in admin staff position on Deathrun for long enough to be considered "trusted with powers". Deathrun and SSRP might have a lot of common rules, but that doesn't mean all of them are and players might behave differently on every server even if these servers are in the same community. One thing that I can't deny is your activity, it's actually quite good, so there is some dedication, but promotion can't simply be based on dedication.
I have never encountered anything that i needed help of a lead team member. But if any staff member needs help, i will be happy to help him if i get super admin.
Although a super admin is supposed to help other staff if possible, but if you've never encountered anything that may require a lead team member's presence, then you simply haven't been staff for long enough to experience a problem with other staff or "special" rule breakers, this in itself is important to experience how Super Admin would deal with situation that might get out of hand when you are an admin to be prepared.
First, i would check the proof. After that, i will talk to the staff member about it. If the proof is not enough and staff member says that he didnt do anything, i will be denying it. If the proof is enough i will talk to the staff member and make sure he wont do it again. If he does it again he will be up in the lead team meeting for demotion.
It's true, evidence that might prove the staff guilty is a requirement, however there are different types of evidences that one can bring, like a screenshot as an example of something that have happened. It's important to know what type of evidence that would be appropriate to accept or deny.
I will talk to the staff member about why he did it for that long, if he says "i verbal warned him 3 times" or "I verbal warned him, warned him, kicked him. It was not enough to keep it away from rulebreaking" I would say Alright then, this ban should stay. But if he banned for that only with a warning, i will tell him to unban / lower the ban.
A ban would be considered "excessive" if the rule breaker was breaking a minor rule multiple times only to be banned for 2 weeks (if he haven't had any other bans in the past). A rule break is a rule break, after the player has broken a rule, spoken to not to do it again and given an server warn, admin has the right to ban the person, but should be giving a fair ban based on level of severity of a rule being broken.
If any of the staff team member is struggling to handle a user, i would talk to the staff team member through admin chat or teamspeak. I would ask for the story, I would help the staff member about handling it. And end of it, i would tell the staff member "If you encounter anything like this, just message me on steam."
Seems like you do understand how you would try to help a staff member, there isn't much to add here except seeing you on the server doing it without the Super Admin rank.
I would ask for proof, if the proof is enough, i will talk to the staff member that broke rules. And if this happens again i will bring this up to lead team meeting. If the proof is not enough, i will keep an eye on the staff member for a while to make sure he does not break rules.
Seems like you understand how to deal with a situation where the staff would "potentially" rule break, by looking into the matter through info from another staff, without rushing into conclusions. (This part of the application puts you to a test whether or not you are able to resolve situation by treating staff fairly and not only trusting staff's word, after all even staff might try to rule break and try to demote and/or get someone in trouble through any means, even lying to lead team).
I will talk to the staff member and make sure he doesnt be disrespectful even if he is right.
Not only should you speak with the disrespectful staff, but you should be able to calm both staff, resolving by listening to both staff members and come to a mutual acknowledgement while taking notes of this incident to bring up in the meeting.
I will talk to the staff member, make sure he doesnt do anything again, will have my eyes on him for a while. If this happens again he will be brought up to lead team meeting.
You seems to understand how you would deal with a staff that doesn't follow server and community rules. (This part of the application puts you to a test whether or not you can treat all players fairly even if it's someone as respectful as staff breaking rules without consideration for others).
All in all this application is well made and most duties as Super Admin were explained in detail with proper answer, however judging from being on the server and feedback from others your leadership skills are a bit lacking even if they are explained in the application, even as admin you should be able to help other staff with something that they might be struggling with. You have recently been accepted as admin, never been Super Admin before, and not been having enough experience as admin to be promoted as Super Admin.

Your activity as staff shows your dedication to the server, you have been playing almost every day for long sessions, but that is not enough to be perfectly loyal.
Verdict:
Improvements needed upon:
- Experience (Recent promotion/requires more trust)
- Leadership skill (helping staff/dealing with lead team situations without being in the lead team)
This is all information I've been able to gather so far, but if you think that there is some information missing, then that is simply because I haven't seen everything that you are capable of or maybe I simply forgot to put it in the review. As far as I can see you are not yet qualified for Super Admin position based on issues that have been brought up for you to improve upon in this application.
This review does not decide whether the user will be accepted or denied in the meeting, it only points out issues while containing relevant information to the application that the user has to improve upon in order to achieve the goal. The review is mostly based of objective facts and does not in any means provide subjective opinion unless it is based of other objective facts from other users with humorous twist added as an extra layer from the reviewer.
