Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I Have Been been mod for 4 weeks now and i have learned allot. i have learned how to be patiant with players who can speak english verry well, i help out when someone needs it. i have had some pretty hard f1s to do without admin powers when no one was online and i would think it would help me solve f1 much easier if i become a admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
well on s2 as you may know not allot of staff go one there, so when i was playing i noticed allot of f1s coming through with rdm at spawn and this one guy kept rdming and i couldnt ban him. i warned him then kicked him and kept kicking him when he started shooting again intill i got a SA on to sort him out.
another situation was on s2 again when someone prop blocked spawn so i needed to tp to him and ask him to remove so he threw some cuss words at me and shot me, so i warned him for rdm then asked him again to remove but he didnt so i took it appon myself to blow the props up and hid and wated intill he done it again, soon enough he did it again so i froze him to get a admin then he ltaped. when the admin came on he was banned.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

hello i have checked your appeal and in my opinion you seem verry sorry for what you did so your appoligy has been acsepted And Your Ban Will Least To 3 Days. I Will Give You Another Chance Please Stop Breaking Rules Or You Will Be Perma banned.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
i think i should be promoted because when i do sits im not bias (even had HA's pretend to be a normal player testing me) i think il be right for the role because i have more opportunity to sort the server out when there is no admins on. yes i will get hate for my decisions that i have made but what i made i think was appropriate for the rule break. I have spent some time being mod and i think its time for me to proceed to admin to help more people.

In application we/I will look into Gametime,Recent warnings,Behavior ingame/Outof game,How well you have been doing f1's lately,Details of the application.I look into these main facts when applying for any staff rank on the server below Admin/Moderator.If you have most of these alright my Vote in the meeting will be yes indeed.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
