Good luck with your app Raeker, here is what I believe to be the positives and negatives for you:

Positives:

• Dedicated
• Active
• Friendly

Negatives:

• Not been Admin for an overly large amount of time - may need more experience
• Tends not to be very pushy towards other staff, even when they are doing something potentially wrong

I Don't believe you have the correct characteristics to become a TTT Super Admin, Yet i believe will more experience with your role and more dedication towards the server... on that, I am unfortunately going to " Minus Support You"



Try again in a few weeks time... and I believe you need more overall play time on the server and that you need an average of 12 Hours per week on the servers, 70 Hours divided by 9 Weeks = 7.77777778 Hours, that's not really Super admin time now is it... You may argue that it's more than an hour a day but for Super admin, you really need almost 2 hours a day...

Raeker is an amazing guy and his application is just MIND BLOWING. These apps are just great always dedicated and big.

We talked about that for a short time and he admitted that what is on is application is very simple yet he only did it not to be wrong/ incorrect with anything that he said... and personally thinking about it , if I was applying For TTT staff again I would do the same thing, and in consideration I now believe that he is worth being a super admin and that he does have a "nice" personality yet he hasn't expressed that in his application which is acceptable, and for that i now deem you worth of a --> And after finding out TTT Hours have changed and that you only need F O U R !!! hours a week, i believe he is worth promoting and that's why i am giving him another -->

Well. You are just amazing. In my opinon, our best candidate. I just can't think of any Negatives! Activity is Decent, you have handled many reports, you are really active on TS, Forums and at the Meetings. You are really kind, friendly and always help people.

This is a good and complete application in my opinion. You give clear answers to the issues you might deal with, with both humanity and humility.

You take your job seriously, and handle problems with diplomacy when it is possible. In my opinion, that is your best asset for this role. You have inspired me a lot in the good way until now, by always being calm, comprehensive, helpful and consistent.
