How would you handle a TS3 appeal?
If i was handling a TS3 appeal i would handle with a honest and respectful manor! One example response of this would be:
Hello Player X!
First i would like to say thank you for taking your time to write this appeal! I have spoken with the staff member who banned you (Name of staff member) We have spoken about your ban and discussed the reasoning for the ban and the length of the ban. We decided to give you one last chance to prove yourself to the staff team! Please make sure that you are following the Term of Use! If you can not find the Terms Of Use you can either find them in Team Speak at the top spacer called "Terms Of Use" or can be viewed from the post made in the general discussion section here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/general-d...142-ts3-server-rules.
I hope that you can learn from this and use it as a warning not to do it again!
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used

These Are Some of the commands that you will have access to in a broken down form:
Priority Speaker: This makes the targeted player the main vocalist within a certain channel.
Grant Talk Power: This makes the targeted player immune to the current needed talk power allowing them to talk while all others are silent.
Set Server Group: This is used when a player has been accepted or promoted to a new rank on a server! A drop down list with appear such s the current!
Set Channel Group: This is used when someone is needed to be added to a gang owner rank in there gang channel.
Kick Client from Channel: This kicks the targeted player from your current channel that you are in. They are able to join back
Kick Client from Server: This allows the staff member to kick the targeted player from the server. This can be used as a warning not to break TOU which could lead up to...
Ban Client: This is used if someone is breaking the Terms Of Use and will not stop after being asked to or even a kick as a sign of warning to the player.
Delete Users Avatar: This is used if a player has an offensive avatar or is breaking TOU with it.
Move Client to own Channel: This is used when a player is needed to be moved to a different channel or a spacer depending on if they needed to be spoken to privately or just moved to say a meeting!
Ability to join Spacers: The ability to join spacers can be very handy when it comes to handling a report and not being intervened or if say someone is being trained it would stop people from interfering with the current situation.
Ban List: As a Team Speak Staff you have access to the ban list where it displays all current bans on the server. There is also an option to highlight your own bans if you need to unban someone using their unique ID.
What would I do different with my new powers?

With the powers that Team Speak Head Admin grants you i would be able to do such things as:
Train TS3 moderators
As a HA i will have the ability to set players Team Speak position if accepted. This is good because i am on TS a lot of the time and this gives me a wider range of training time and being able to train people.
Handle ban appeals and report Abuses
As a HA you now have the ability to accept and deny appeals and reports for team speak. I would handle these very responsibly and in the correct manor. If a staff member was abusing their powers to hurt a user i would first take their rank and then ask them what they are doing. after it was resolved i would give them their rank bank and bring it up with the community team.
Creating Channels
As a HA on team speak you can now accept and make channels for gangs that have made a application on the forums and have been accepted. I would give the owner the gang owner and would definitely not make random channels when they are not needed!

Activity
I am on team speak most of the time and am always checking the forums for if people are needed on team speak. This makes me able to help a lot due to the fact that i will be there to help. I actively join public channels to talk to people and help people out when ever it is needed. I love to join random channels just to know that people are ok and are having a good day or if i could help them in any way.
Trust
I am a very trusted member of the community as i currently hold 2 Lead Team positions and one forum staff position. The two Lead Team position put me in a position as a role model and also a friendly and helpful player! This increases my chances as i am more capable to help users or staff with situations.
