Hello Onion,

Alright first and for most I'd like to say that you are active on the forums just because the applications are open, Now even though that's not a negative it shows you don't really work to your full potential unless you want something. Now let's get in to this shall we. Recently, I had to speak to you about getting your actiivty on the forums as I was having to constantly lock your general discussion stuff while you were active and you just never moved them. Then recently it's come to my attentio that you've been replying to stuff in the wrong section that you know for 100% it doesn't go in to that section. Now these are minor however based on your acitivty previously as well as other stuff I'm going to vote

First off, I think he deserves the position because he's a great staff member to be/work with, he's very dedicated, active on the forums & in general just a great guy!

Also from what I have heard and seen some of from Anna's side makes it clear that Onion does deserve this position on the forums as he is showing a great consistency of handling posts (reports,appeals...) and locking them when asked to, which means he is showing that he is a great staff member that wants to help the community even more and take it up a notch and that he knows and wants to show how good he is at doing his job! I myself think he deserves this.

I think he has the skills to be a great forum global moderator, and because Onion is part of the lead team this shows that he is very dedicated in what he does and that people want him as a staff member!


*EDIT* (3 YEARS in the community, think about it and 1 year almost of being an admin and waiting for SA)

The reason for him to -support you is because his idea of you is different from those other people that did support you. I don't think Jordan has anything against you personally, I just think that it's Jordans job to look at these applications and find the best candidate.

And from his experience, the best candidate isn't you.

Truly, Onion, your response to him is extremely lackluster. Why not respect the fact that he took the time to respond to your app and put down his critisisms so you understand where to improve? That is a way better idea than accusing Jordan - one of the people that will also vote on your application coming Sunday - of being biased.

Perhaps I should put down my personal opinion here as well... You're a nice guy, but like what Jordan said I don't always see you doing your job* - though I wouldn't know whether you're on at that time. Either way, I currently put your chances at getting the rank as extremely low, and not just because of what Jordan said but also because I think there are better people for the job.

I personally don't think you are as experienced as someone like BiWx nor have I seen you put as much effort in compared to Anna when it comes to forum staffing, remember this is my opinion and will also be what the staff team will look at when it comes reviewing your application.
