Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As my time being a moderator i've helped the staff out when I had the time. I have made some mistakes. I skipped f1s like 2 times so that's my only problem I guess. I think I did the f1s well. I asked admins for help and if I become a admin I think it would be very easier making f1s.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There was a person that I forgot his name but he was using his shotgun in spawn and other locations and mass rdming people. So I warned him 2 times. Then he stopped. It was so close that I would kick him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Warn:
If someone broke a rule you use /warn [STEAM ID] [Reason]. He will get kicked after 3 warnings. If he gets 4 warnings he gets temp banned for atleast 1h.
Unwarn:

If you warned someone you didn't mean then you do /unwant [STEAM ID] He will get unwarned after you do the command.

Kick:
Use /kick [STEAM ID] to kick a player off the server if he is doing stuff like mass rdm and spam.

Admin chat:
The admin chat is there for the staff members to chat with eachother.
You can use the chat by doing /// [MESSAGE] or @ [MESSAGE]

Freeze:
If you want to freeze a player you must do /freeze [STEAM ID] The target will be frozen in place. He can't move. This is usefull if the player is rdming in sits or prop spaming or just running away from you when he is in a sit.

Unban from job:
You can use this command by going on tab and clicking the person you want to unban from his job if they got false demoted.

F6 menu:
There you can Choose a name of any player and check his warnings, if the player which you want to check is currently offline, you can use his steam id.

F1 menu:
The F1 menu is there to see who is breaking NLR at the moment, to check logs, to see if a person has killed someone, if they changed jobs.

Teleport, Goto and Back:
To teleport yourself somewhere you have to do »/tp« but before you do that you have to aim at the direction you are teleporting to. If you want to teleport someone else do /tp [STEAM ID]
The goto command is there for you to go to someone. Do /goto [STEAM ID]
The Back command is for putting you and other players back. Just do /back [STEAM ID]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello. I looked at your ban and decided to ban you for 2 weeks since this is your first ban. You should take average of it. I hope you have a good day, goodbye.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because I think I was a helpful moderator. I've done f1s the best way I could do them. I think it would be easier to make f1s by having admin commands. That way I could take care of NLR easier and do f1s easier. If I will be promoted to admin I will try to do f1s anytime posible. Being a admin will allow me to make f1s faster with noclip (deppends what the f1 is). With admin I can ban expoiters and big rulebreakers. I can freeze people fast and do stuff quick as I said.

I believe you recently messed up by teleporting the entire server due to not using steam ID's I feel like if your going for admin you should be able to know how to do things correctly however best of luck!
