Hello zoephixx!
I've looked over your report and I've come to the conclusion to deny this.

I don't quite know what you're on about but whoever had to remove the warning failed to contact a HA therefore this is not klap's fault.
You can't quite report someone for forgetting something like that either.
And 14 Recent warnings are still too many recents.
You can choose to appeal your ban instead.
