Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

During my time as Moderator, i helped out the Staff team a lot, basically wherever and whenever i could, i helped out. I've always been there for others if its an F1 or just people asking something during me roleplaying. Also the Administrator Rank would make my work a lot easier than it currently is as it takes a lot of time for me if a guy is Rulebreaking in front of me to find his name in the Tab list.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

A long time ago, there has been a guy who's been Mass RDMing and Propblocking at Spawn. No Admin was able to be Contacted so the only thing i was able to do was Warning and Kicking him. Before i could even Warn / Kick him, he left the Server and avoided the Punishment.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello, i've been looking into your Unban Appeal and came to the conclusion to Lower your ban to two Weeks, this is a Second chance you should take advantage of. Don't mess it up, have a great day!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I think i should be Promoted to Admin as i worked Good as Moderator, dealt with many F1's and helped out a lot. As the Moderator Rank isn't given as much Commands as the Admin Rank i can't deal as well with Some situations as i could as Admin. I could pick the Current Rulebreaking players up and Get them onto a roof without searching for them in the Tab Menu. I could deal with Propblock way easier than i do right now. I'm also a very active Member of Staff and Dealing with many F1's and Situation i could really use the Admin rank for. FYI: I know i did fuck up. I made a mistake and i hope i can prove you that im not that kind of person.
