TOPIC: Reporting Harry RDM

I want to report Harry RDM for being incapable of being a staff.

Story -
During a round I killed a T who had killed someone with a sniper. This T reported me and I explained why I killed him.
Then, during the same round, near the end I killed an Inno who had ignored to ID a body. Harry RDM saw this and thought it was RDM, but I said in admin chat that it wasn't and that I had an explanation. This inno did NOT report me, probably knowing already why I killed him.

I said that the inno hadn't reported me, but Harry said that he had (but he was referring to the T who had reported me). Harry didn't even check logs nor did he re-check the report, he confused the two kills with each-other. He didn't even open a chat box for me to explain further.

Harry banned me for 1 day with the reason "too many reccent punishments and still breaking rules". Instead of warning me, thus making me automatically banned for 1 hour, he banned me for 1 day (which is wrong by itself) for something I didn't do.

Harry did so many things wrong.
1. Confused kills with reports.
2. Didn't let me explain properly (refused to listen).
3. Banned me instead of warning me.
4. Didn't read logs or check the name of the reporter.

I tried to talk to him on steam but he removed me as a friend.

when you joined i warned you that if you broke one more rule that you would be banned for a day due to the fact you had about 10 or 11 active warns. You then proceeded to rdm 2 rounds or so after so i proceeded to warn you and ban you for a day because you had to many recent warns and still was breaking rules. You also have 58 warns in total.

As it says on the admin handbook "If someone has 10+ recent punishments, tell them that if they break one more rule you are going to ban them. If they break a rule ban them for a day."

I only had 3 active warnings, and as stated previously, I did not RDM.

Still, I did not RDM, and this doesn't change the fact that you did not let me explain, nor did you check logs or report names. You claimed the innocent person I killed report me, but he didn't.
