Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is when someone gets killed for no RP reason
Player X gets killed by Player Y without a reason in the street

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
When a player comes back to the same district after dying in it without waiting out the NLR timer (3 Minutes)
Player X gets killed by Player Y in "certain" district and he comes back to that "certain" district before his NLR timer is over.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First off I would start with asking for proof and after that I would ask for both of their stories. If the accused ones story doesn't add up with the accusers story, start asking the accused one some questions. try to get one of them to confess or catch them lying. (A lot of people make up stories right off the bat and after some questioning, their own story doesn't add up with their own answers to questions which most of the time indicates that they were lying)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Same as for RDM, ask for proof, check the logs, since the logs now provide you in which district has the player been killed or died in it's much easier to see if someone came back to the same spot after dying (to etc. arrest a guy or kill someone) without waiting their NLR timer out. In certain situations if the logs were to disappear before the F1 was done and the accuser didn't have proof, we can always ask the accused one if they have died in "certain" district and came back to it before his NLR timer was over, and hope for him to either confess (Assuming he actually did break NLR) or let him go, because there is not enough evidence.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen as a moderator because I am friendly and a dedicated member of the community. I follow the rules and do not break them. I have already been a staff member a long time time ago, so I know how to handle a lot of situations already. I have been denied last meeting for the only one reason which was "activity" and I have that covered now I think. I am a part of the community almost 2 years now (Forum wise). When I was a staff member back in the day, I always followed the quote of someone in the community which was "Quality over quantity", which meant that I would rather do my F1's without rushing them, and do them until either I catch the rulebreaker or when there is nothing else left for me to do, and I will continue to follow this quote/mindset if I get accepted as a moderator.
