Perhaps he has done what you say the previous weeks, but to me it seems like he really wants it and adapted - something you completely ignore in your post.

Lately I've seen you being dedicated to the server, you've been going on and helping out against rule breakers with 30+ people connected and you did it effciently keep it up bud

Honestly xnator u have surprised me with how many times you have been on the server this week and idk if it's just because u want admin or if u are generally trying to show us u deserve it which in my opinion u do now as u have been on most days this week and I have seen u handle situations well (Like the example micky used) if u keep it up u stand a high chance of getting admin but if u let it slide them maybe it risking it
