Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
If Someone kills you you dont go back to that location until 2 and half minutes or that is breaking the rules

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
If you have proof send it to me but if you dont i dont have to proof to warn

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I think i can help others when needed and RP at same time. If i see someone breaking rules i would do whatever is needed, I have alot of friends i have met on ZARP and i think i can make even more( i will never abuse: Spawn money,Kill in God Mode etc.)
