When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command is purely a last resort command. Some situations in which it would be appropriate to use it could be: a player is hacking (and solid evidence has been given), a user has a lot of recent warnings (typically 10+), a user is constantly LTAPing or rejoining after being kicked from the server 3+ times and not rectifying the issue which caused them to be kicked (for example, inappropriate name). The ban command should not be taken lightly, and abusing it or using it inappropriately would be a serious issue, so it is very important that admins know when to use it.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
In my time as a Moderator, it causes an issue when I notice people constantly rulebreaking and all that I am able to do is just warn, gag / mute and kick them, yet they continue to do it. As an Admin, I would have access to more commands, which would make it much easier to remove rulebreakers from the server in an appropriate manner, rather than just giving them punishments which they start to think of as meaningless after a little while. The ban command is an example of one of the commands which would be helpful for situations like this, but it is a command which should not be abused, and only used as a last resort, not just as a replacement for warns or kicks.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I think that I should be promoted because I currently hold positions as a Super Admin on TTT, Admin on SSRP, Teamspeak Staff (and Deathrun Moderator), which shows a relatively good level of trust, and experience in higher staffing roles. I think that I would be able to make a good contribution in the server to remove the rulebreakers better than I have been able to as a Mod, and I will be able to help people on the server to give them an even better experience on the ZARP Deathrun server. I believe that as a Moderator I have been able to make contributions to the server, but have been limited in how I am able to help people by what I am actually able to do on the server. I know the rules of Deathrun well, and I will continue to help all players on Deathrun to stay with the server and enjoy their time there, as I have as a Moderator, but will do to a much further extent if I were to become an Admin.

Extra Information:
I'd just like to say that my activity was a little patchy last week. I hope to improve this over the course of the week, and I am also currently working on the new scoreboard for Deathrun.

Hi Xnator, i think you're a good admin on other servers and you get your time; but i don't see you put any dedication towards the server and only get the bare minimum, think of it as a job you wont get promoted for only doing what you have to do you have to show that you want and deserve it, so for now i'm gonna go with



if you can show me otherwise i will happily change my mind!

Gonna be honest dont remember the last time i saw you on the server, you show zero dedication to the role as mod so why is making you admin any better? You have a better chance of being demoted then promoted, Good Luck anyways

Xnator, you're a great admin on SSRP (Minus the incident) I've seen you there doing the most work. You're alright at being a moderator on Deathrun but you really need to be on more and handle a few more situations before I can make a judgement.
As personally I don't think you're ready for Admin but you can prove me wrong.

Edit: Only just realised makes you look bad that you apply as soon as you get SA on ttt when you don't play much Deathrun.

I'm glad to see you are applying xnator however my concern is u get the bare minimum requirements for deathrun and in my opinion this is not a good thing to do when admin and Ik this is due to you being on other servers but I feel to fit in with are team more you could do with possibly boosting that activity more and being sociable in game and to staff members more frequently I'm not giving you my verdict as of yet as I feel you can improve on my comments above before the meeting

To be honest I was standing with you, but after getting ttt sa and abusing on ssrp, instantly going to dr admin now is giving me suspicions.
