TOPIC: What is wrong about my attitude against other staf

I got denied from being admin because of "my attitude agains other staff", and I dont understand what is wrong with my attitude. If someone think there is something wrong about it, please say it so I can make it better. I am just asking so I can do a better job!

I have seen you be a little harsh and too-on-the-nose to other staff, which is why I personally voted no. If you apply again though and I don't see this mild disrespect (trust me, it wasn't that excessive but still a point of interest) I will definitely support you next week.
