Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Hi , i See you have just joined the Bhop Community I am fully willing to help You learn to bhop if needed. And if my instructions don't work, feel free to search a video To Help you even more.

Bhoping is easy. first just hold down the space bar
and use your A and D keys. Try refrain from using the W Key Because That's Not going to help with bhoping. So make sure you are holding space whilst switching between the a and b key to start a strafe. That should get you started Very Easily.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
if This "someone" Mic spamming racist words or even typing them i would ask him to stop, if he carried on doing so without stopping i would mute him, and if he carry's on doing it even more i would warn him . And if that carried on i would ask A higher ranked Staff To help.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If the player was Using an exploit on there server i would ask them to stop because it would be to gain Point and get a higher rank, and it could also be annoying other players If he Carried on doing so i would warn him and inform The owner or developer Of this known exploit and hope they can fix it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I Think i should be chosen For this rank in bhop because i Love Bhop and my activity has been good. Sadly i have lost my game-tracker from before and cannot find it but i am active with my new name and will carry on being active on the server. and when there is a problem i can fix it myself without trouble. and me being bhop staff will help because there is not many bhop staff and me being there will Help!
