How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
If i was a SuperAdmin i would be able to catch hackers with anti cheat. Also if someone needs to be trained for Moderator or Administrator i can train them and explain what they need to do and explain how to handle situations. I
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
I think i am a good candidate because i am active and i handle rulebreaks when i see them. I usually come on the server 1-2 times a day and usually almost 2-3 a day, that shows i am committed and determined about the server and want to help in every way possible. Im never too strict on punishments. What i usually do is if someone disrespects in chat i give them a verbal warning and if they do it again i mute and warn them.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
From me being admin from before (A few months back) and now i have encountered many rulebreaks such as Trap spam, Trap steal, disrespect etc. I would need a lead team member if there was something like bhop scripters or aimboters/Spinbots. It only depeneds on the situation that i will need a lead team member.

Hello i have reviewed your report on (Staff members name) and i have decided to deny it since it was a total mistake and misunderstanding, when i asked the staff member they owned up to it straight away and apologised. Since they know not to do it again no further action will be taken.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? If a staff member has banned someone for too long e.g bans someone for 1 week for LTAP I would ask them why they banned them for that much time and i would tell them that it is too long and to lower the ban. If they forgot how to use the ban list i would happily explain to them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? If a staff member is struggling on a situation i would ask them what they needed help with and i would explain to them how to solve the situation, for example if a player is disrespecting and the staff member forgets what to do i would tell them that they should give a verbal warning and if the user keeps doing it i would tell them they should mute and warn them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?: If a staff member is accusing another staff member of breaking rules i would ask the victim staff member what rule the staff member broke. I would ask the reported staff member if they did break the rule and if they say yeah i did and they apologise i would say don't do it again and be careful next time but if they do not own up to it i would have to ask the victim staff member for proof and if they don't there would be nothing i could do.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Firstly i would stop the argument and i will ask the staff member why they are acting like it and i will give them advice and tell them it woud be best if they took a break from Garrys mod and come back when they are ready.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would first ask the staff member to stop what they are doing and ask them why they are doing it when they know its harming other people and if they say that they were sorry and didnt mean it i will give them a strict warning to not do it again or there will be serious consequences. If they end up doing it again they will be brought up in the next lead team meeting.
