TOPIC: is touchscreen allowed?

my new laptop is touch screen and im able to aim twitch with it and easily kill someone is it allowed.

Touchscreen = Aimbot.

Why wouldnt it be allowed? There is no rule which states that you are not allowed to use a touchscreen.
