Estimated Server Time: 50 hours (presently) over 2 weeks (around 3 by the time the meeting comes about)

Languages I speak: English and a bit of French and an even smaller bit of German

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: if a player was cheating (using software to aquire an unfair advantage over other players in the game) - in this scenario I would have to have obtained 100% proof with the help of a lead team member with access to the anti-cheat so as to not falsely punish someone who doesn't deserve it

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I can see that you truly regret your decision to use such software and are eager to jump back onto the server - I will admit that I was a little harsh in your ban length considering you are a first time offender; I see no reason, since you seem truly sorry for your actions, why I shouldn't shorten your ban to something more reasonable like a couple of days. Of course, I trust that you will come back and play fair so that we may put this incident behind us and so that the servers may remain friendly and pleasant for all to play on.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I don't want to just repeat my moderator application but I shall have to include some of the same topics - I have a wealth of experience in staffing TTT and I believe that I am more useful in a higher position like administrator than moderator. Not only this but I think I have proved myself as a staff member as I have resolved plenty of situations and look to fix even more as an administrator. Once again, I have to mention my passion for TTT as a gamemode - I am eager to keep a pleasant environment within the server for all its inhabitants and maintain the integrity of the mode itself; I see this as being important as it generates enthusiasm for the job and this only enhances my already friendly personality. Finally, I am active - currently sitting at number 7 in playtime for server 2 of TTT (I prefer it to server 1 but do moderate server 1 when it is needed).

Extra Information: (Not Required) I have heard that the 'friends' command is not available to administrators and I would just like to recommend that it be added since it makes ghost busting much easier as it removes the need to check the suspect's steam profile and solves the predicament when the suspect's steam profile happens to be private.

Considering the fact I only recently became an admin, I am not 100% sure about what I'll say now. However, there appear to be some mistakes in your application. For example, you're mentioning anti-cheat, which I'm fairly sure is only available to Super Admin+. If I'm wrong or misunderstood you I appologize.

However, you're great, active, fun, great, uhm... fun and should totally be administrator!
