Steam Name:
TheXnator Forum Name: TheXnator What server(s) are you active on?: TTT, SSRP, Deathrun, TS3 I am From: England Time spent with Zarp Gaming?: 5 - 6 months How often do you come on the forums: Several times daily Why You?: I think that I should be chosen as forum staff in the Report Abuse section because I often see people waiting / have to wait myself for quite a while after handling a report in order to get it locked (and people breaking TOU - whether intentionally or not - in their reports). I am active in the report abuse section and put forward my opinions on reports and handle any reports that I can for TTT or SSRP, and use the reporting feature when threads need to be locked or removed. I am also active on the forums as a whole, always having forum tabs open, and checking them regularly - this means that I would be able to get things done quickly and efficiently. I currently hold positions as Super Admin on TTT, Admin on SSRP, staff on Teamspeak and a Moderator on Deathrun, and I believe that I would be a helpful addition to the Forum staff team to clean out the inappropriate / spam threads, to lock any reports that have been handled, and to generally help out in the forum staff team. I always try to be as friendly, fair and helpful as I can in any scenario, and I feel that I would be able to carry this over to the forums in order to help out in the staff team and the community members who spend their time on the forums. Thank you for reading my application. |

Hello Xnator,
First of all I'm not convinced you're the best pick for the position. I'll be going in depth as to why below, I hope you consider these criticisms and complaints, and use it to your benefit to hopefully get the position next time they open. This applies for any section. I've spoken to plenty of people, including SSRP Lead Team, Forum Staff, and more. They all agree your recent abuse has negatively impacted and hindered their view of you getting any sort of promotion or new position. In my opinion to that criticism, I'd recommend you focus on regaining trust for a while rather than seeking new powers and positions. By doing this, you'll show you're welcome to slow that train down and focus on regaining trust so the majority of people are ready for you to get new power within the community. Now for the next criticism, the activity in this section. I've spoken to a few Forum Staff about your activity in this section and in others. They've told me you don't really report things with the rank and haven't shown interest in going for one of these positions recently. Things like using "Report To Moderator" and simply reporting things to staff members goes a long way. In Conclusion, your lack of showing interest and effort to report things to staff members and through functions in the forums themselves, as well as your lack of trust due to recent abuse of power is the biggest downfall here. You have a lot of goals in ZARP, and are constantly applying. While helping and going for staff is encouraged, myself and others urge you to slow down with the applications and regain the trust you lost recently. Thanks for reading. |

Xnator I have to put it hard and say I do not think you are the best candidate for this position because of several reasons that morgan has already stated and to put it this way I have seen your name come up in this section more than I have seen you post in it.
If you keep active in there and improve your standing you could make a good candidate but not now/ |
