Suggestion Title: [SUGGESTION] Checkouts Rule

How would it benefit the server: A rule should be added to disallow the placing of checkouts on streets(sidewalks). They should only be allowed to place them in shops with doors(INSIDE)...

Potential Issues/Exploits: NONE

Additional notes: Everytime I join the servers, I see checkouts on the streets facing spawn, and there is no rule that prevents this... This is very non-RP as it doesn't happen in real life...

I completely agree with you on this Darth. It is so annoying to spawn and see like 6 checkouts. This rule would be a great addition and it would, as you say, make the gameplay a LOT more realistic. -Support I feel that they are beneficial, however, there should be a designated area on the map where you can put them outside, and if you do you must build a realistic stall.
