^{Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:}

I would start off by starting a conversation with them explaining surf and then I would tell them to go into spectator mode and spectate me, I would then proceed to show him how to get started and then get into the general surfing method and if they wish, to show them advanced techniques. I would also explain the gamemodes to them and show them what each one does.


^{Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:}

If they are mic spamming, I would first verbally warn them and tell them to stop, if they refuse and continue it would be a warning and a gag / mute.

If they are spamming text chat, I would proceed to do the same as voice chat, unless what they are spamming is offensive in anyway.


^{Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:}

If I find someone abusing an exploit I would tell them to stop and then proceed to watch them for a little bit after to see if they ignore me and try to continue abusing the exploit, if they do continue then I would proceed to warn them and get an admin or higher on to deal with them at their own discretion.


^{Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):}
I believe I should be chosen due to my knowledge of the rules and my look on rule breakers, I always punish by the way the staff ethos tell me. I have been in a staff position in the past on one of ZARP's largest sub-community by far, SSRP. In fact, I have been in that position 3 times before. I have been community banned, but I am hoping that doesn't deter you from your decision to accept or deny me.

The first time I was denied I'd like to explain to those who thought I was intentionally cheating, the story goes as; I purchase <Insert Shitty Hack Name Here> and go to mess about on random Garry's Mod servers with a friend. I go to find the server my friend joined through the legacy browser and joined what I thought was a random Semi-Serious RP server, turns out I had joined surf. I didn't find out due to being alt tabbed whilst joining, I then hear the connection sound so I tab back in and instantly find out I joined the ZARP surf server by mistake. I was on for at least four seconds before instantly leaving and then realising I fucked up. I act like it was nothing and the reason I didn't go to any staff about it was due to the fact I felt it wasn't important, it was a mistake and I dismissed it as nothing and joined the server I originally intended to join. I was then confronted by Tyler a few days later who I guess found out due to ZARP's anticheat, I told him what I am telling you now but way shorter. Hopefully this short statement clears up any confusion their may be!

My activity isn't the best but most of the staff team have actively seen me on the server at this point and can confirm I am an active, kind and helpful person.
