Suggestion Title: Implement PM system on ZARP Forum
How would it benefit the server: A implemention of a PM system on the ZARP forum would keep all unessecary posting,
Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't see any issues besides players may PM admins/moderators instead of making ban appeals, and of course other issues may be found by using a PM system but most forums uses PM system on their forums, I believe it is essential for all forums.

This has the same use as Steam messages. I don't really see a big reason to have this on the forums, but it could have its uses.

Yes, that's true but if I would like to PM you examplewise and tell you about something you have written on the forum here that I think you should remove (or what ever), I woulden't have the ability too.

This has been denied before, reason being that this isn't what we want the forums to be used for.
