Reason I was trying to raid his base and he had a bright base, he saw us and ran behind a one way prop and shot us through that with a dragunov or another sniper that penetrates walls. I made an F1 and he declined it because it was his base. i have reported this to some mods and they said that this isnt how it should be done.

We need the logs from the time to double check this, it's common practice to clear F1 tickets which exceed 600/800 priority.
