Server Name: Deathrun 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Make teamkilling against the rules

How would it benefit the server: It would prevent runners from killing fellow runners during the game and ruining it for everyone.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: I believe it should be against the rules for runners to kill fellow runners during the game. E.g. A runner killing other runners with the snowmen on Iceworld.
