TOPIC: [DR] Rule suggestion

Suggestion Title: Portal camping
Suggestion Details:Deaths are normally camping the portals when a runner have won the map, and they got completely no chance to kill the deaths.
How would it benefit the server:It would make it more fair for the runners.

what exactly is the suggestion, some maps are already too bugged ( iceworld ) and most of them won't even follow the rule.

I support this since it is unfair but it is also the first runners fault for not waiting aswell
