Name - What is your ingame name? GoGoJack

Admins name - Onion Rings.

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? <16:50:10> You are banned permanently. Reason: "DDOS Threats"

Server - What server did you get banned from? Teamspeak.

Time - How long were you banned for? Perma.

Story - What happend? Well personally I've known Rhys and Onionrings for a long time ( We used to afk mine and have a laugh together ) And one day I went to onion " I'm gonna ddos your nans toaster " I used to use that phrase a lot and I did not think someone link onion would take offence for it. Obviously I got a bit angry over it as it was my only way of communicating to my fellow zarp friends and I've been banned from teamspeak for around 4 months and I think it's fair to get me unbanned as I am having a fresh start and I do apologise to the distress I may have caused from this joke but it was just a joke at the end of the day and I did not have any time to apologise.

Sorry onion for saying I'm gonna ddos your nans toaster as It was just a joke and I won't use that phrase again as It may offend other people.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No as I am on my new computer.
