Story/Situation (What Happened?) -:ok so It was a normal day in s3 (chaos everywere) so there were a lot of cdming going on so just after the nuke happens i go to get my car its still lagging like crap and then right as soon as i drive out of the car dealer thing (it was really laggy) i went to fill gas came back i just froze and got hit by sam the sausage in his car and drifted and couldnt stop in time then i accedintly run in to a group of people but then out of no were i just get warned with out even being spoken to. I really feel that this should be taken off, thank you for the time!
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?:I really feel that i shouldve been spoken to instead of just being warned out of no were.

If u had an active warn for CDM or he gived u a verb-warn for CDM (before that whole thing heppend) he has a right to warn u.

And also he needs to speak with u u are getting a warn for CDM beacuse u killed him or killed someboady else bla bla bla... So yea u told him right thing... Not just warn u and leave.

Kall before you deal with this, I would like to see the full video of you cdming false or not, because I dont remember you just "pulling out of the dealer" So please provide the video before this.

I would like to see a video 3 mins before the actual warn to see what you did. Let me see if your story matches what you've said

Sorry guys but i wasnt recording but after pulling out the dealer went to fill up gas then omw to the base right next to spawn and it was laggy and then i got hit by sam the sausage and drifted out then hit a group of people then out of no were i got warned

I've spoken to the Daniel and we have come to the agreement that the warn is still valid. You did get told why you was warned, however I've told Daniel and advised that he teleports to the warned individual or take them to a rooftop in the future.
