TOPIC: VIP SSRP- didnt come through

So i bought VIP for SSRP and it didn't come through. I quit Garry's Mod and rejoined the server, and nothing happened just normal non-vip stuff! I'm really sad right now. It would be very helpful if i could get help!

ok its saying i have VIP, underneath my name. should i relog?

is the account connected with a steam account ?
