Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player breaks rules massively or a really hard rule that is bannable. If I use that command the player will be kicked for a certain time. It can be permament

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear Player X,
I see that you are really sorry for your actions.
I have spoken with a lead team member about the ban and you have put a big effort in that appeal so we have decided to lower your ban to 1 week.
If you come back on the server please re-read the rules!(It appears when you join)

Why I should be promoted:
I have been a TTT Admin for a long time (5-6months). I have resigned a couple months ago and I have decided to aply back to admin because I have some more time now and there are lots of players on the server.
I caught and reported rulebreakers and I had a punishment request accepted on the forums:

It would be really good if I could help the staff team out even more. Thinking about punishments I am pretty sure I have not been warned in my lifetime playing on ZARP TTT. I still know the ULX commands what we used back in the days but I won't be surprised if the will be new ones.
I did a lot of reports when I was admin/mod, always that way how I am supposed to handle.
I am trusted with powers around the ZARP servers; Deathrun Owner, TS3 Staff, Forum Server Applications Section Moderator, Deathrun Section Moderator.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
