These are my game trackers since I have been back so the last 2 weeks. Because I changed my steam name before i got back into playing.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I think that i was a good mod I helped people out to the best of my ability it was kind of hard to help people out because of the lack of commands but i think i did well.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was a few things that i found hard about being a mod. The worst one was when there was no staff active on the sever there was 3 people mass rdming at spawn. Finally after a few misclicks and that I freaked them. And bringing them up to a roof they all started yelling and screaming into there mics I warnned them for the things that they had done wrong witch banned them for 1h.
If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there. I have had a look at your ban appeal I see that you have put some work into I also have seen that you have your apology. I have cheeked you ban. I had a look over your ban history and this is the fist time that
you have been banned. I will accept you ban appeal and if I or any other staff member sees you prop spamming again you will be perm banned again and there will be no chance of you getting unbanned. Thanks lachlan.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because i put would put a lot of my time each day doing f1s and being a admin would help me do f1 faster and i would be able to do lost of different f1s with the power that the admin gets. I was a trusted mod and think that i am upto the job of being admin again. I live in New Zealand so when i play there is next to no staff members on and people a breaking rule after rule. This is why I think that i should be promoted

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
