Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a Moderator is Great. I have been a moderator almost one month now , When I handle F1's I solve it with ease. When I am handling an F1 I ask both sides of the stories and I give a lot of verbal warnings but when I have good proof of it I sometimes give warnings.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I usually have situations for RDM. I was in a sit with Player A and he complained that he got RDMed , Player B told his side of the story. And when i didn't have enough evidence i couldn't warn player B for RDM. Player A was not happy and then kill me in the sit. I then froze him and got an admin to me. I checked his warnings and he had a lot of them. If i was an admin i could have dealt with this myself.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

So when You Open this menu by clicking F1 you will see that it looks a bit different to the old one you had. Lets go throught it. First you would see that there is 3 listings. First one is Admin Requests This is where users make reports for breaking the rules or else they just need help. The Second One is Warnings this will tell you all the recent warnings everyone has got from the last restart. The Third One are LOGS this is probably the most important one because here you can see what a person did or didn't do. Ex~ It would say like Windows XP killed Windows 10 using m9k_psg1.

Here you can check anyone's warnings/bans by clicking on there name on the list while they are online, If they are not online you can use their STEAMID in the SEARCH at the bottom of the list.
The TAB MENU
In the Tab Menu you can click on a players name then you would see a lot of commands you can use as a mod. So let me tell you how you use them.
First is the Kick command. This is used to Kick a player from the server if they are breaking rules such as prop block. You use it if there is no Admins online. This won't be used a lot because of the Admin activity. MUTE CHAT is used so you can mute a player if he is typing in chat and spamming in chat or if he is being very disrespectful , You can also set a time to it. UNBAN FROM JOB this is used when a player is false demoted. FREEZE is very useful to moderators because moderators can't pick people up. You would use this when a player is mass rule breaking or running away from a sit. SLAY is used when a player is being a job and has a gun or a weapon that he is not allowed and they refuse to drop it. MUTE GLOBALLY this is voice chat , you mostly use it when a player is spamming in voice chat example: Screaming. TELEPORT this will TP you to where you are looking at and TP another Player to where you are looking at. GOTO would TP you to that Player. BRING you use this to bring a player to you, this will mostly be used in F1 situations. BACK with this command there is two options Last Location and Spawn they basically TP the player to the selected command.
COMMANDS
/tp You can teleport yourself to where your looking at or use a players [name or steamid] to teleport them to where your looking at.
/goto Use a players [name or steamid] and you will teleport to them.
/bring used to bring a player to you by simply doing /bring[Name or Steamid]
/back There is two types of this /back[name or steamid] will teleport them back to their last location and /backspawn [Name or Steamid] will teleport them or you to spawn.
/slay can be used by doing /slay [Steamid] If they have a big gun as citizen for example and they are refusing to drop it.
/kick [SteamID] This will kick the selected player from the server used if admins are not online.


Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I have took my time to read your ban appeal. I can see that his is your first ban.And you didn't even get warned for it you just got banned instantly. So we are giving you another chance to join the server once again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted because i have helped many players in the ZARP Community. And i haven't broken a singe rule as a moderator because i really want to be staff. This will help me solve F1's because i would be able to solve them easier and if someone is Mass RDMing i could deal with that without the help of an admin. It will be easier for me to catch players rule breaking.I could spectate players because i had a lot of players asking me to spectate them. I can't do that as a moderator so it would be much easier. And i would stop bothering admins as a mod when as an admin i could handle it myself. A lot of people want admins to help them with their F1's and since I'm not an admin i can't help them. When i try to help as a mod i can't do anything and have to abort the application.
