Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time
Well ive been surfing and the way to actually become a good surfer is by watching others and playing alot of it, cause practice makes perfect so i would only teach them the basics, First i would show them how to slide down the ramps using A and D (by default) or left and right. Then i would teach them the other key to surf and that is what they call strafing, basically gliding to the left or right while in mid-air. I would explain that you use button (A) for while turning your mouse left to strafe left and (D) while turning right to go right. If they learn theese they will mostly be good on their own but i will always be there to help. I would also be providing videos if necessary.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would tell them to stop and if they are not cooperating i would have to mute him for a while, if he then kept going i would ask a Admin+ to ban him for a short period time, if an admin is not available i would gag/mute him for a day.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would let them know that it is an exploit verbally and then proceed to give him a warning if he doesnt stop and under some circumstances ask an admin to ban him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
Cause i love surfing and ive always been a very active player on zarp. I also really want this server to be as successful as possible and with more staff on there it will be better. I like helping people and im a good learner aswell.
I know that i can be trusted with theese powers and i will be a good benefit to the community
