Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time

I would recommend that they whatch other popple and follow what they do

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would tell him to stop and explain him that micspamming/textspamming not allowed on the server and that it will never be allowed, if he continues I would mute him for aprox 1-5 minutes, if he does it again I would warn him.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

First, I would make sure that it's exploit by asking the lead-team of Surf, if it is I would tell him to stop exploiting, if he continues I would warn him and tell him to stop again!, if he keeps exploiting I would call an admin+ to ban him or do whatever he wants to.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
Basiclly, I love playing surf servers they are really good server to play/ chill on, but mic/text spammers coming on it stops new players from comming on and therefor i want to be there to stop them and tell them that it is not allowed. I am friendly, active, helpful, experienced since I am Ex-SSRP Moderator, I can handle any situation. I hope i get accepted!

You've improved Your attitude quite a bit, I would personally suggest waiting for the surf server to launch. currently I cant Really think of any issues you have so Aslong as you maintain your maturity, its a +Support From me.
