Suggestion Title:
TTT Radio Binder Interface Panel

How would it benefit the server:
Let new players to the gamemode have an easy way to bind ttt_radio commands insted of using the console to do so.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
This menu has a "Toggle Disguiser Button" because most servers use a console command to equip and unequip the disguise, it might be the same as ZARP's but might come out as an issue. If a different suggestion of mine the "Advanced Disguiser" is accepted - it can be applied to that.

Well haha it started out from 2 suggestions which I posted but than I got more and more ideas, and having them in seperate topics is more ordered and easily understood, I did gather up suggestions which are for the same subject in 1 thread for example T weps or Detective weps.
