When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I'll use the ban command when someone is DDOS or hacking the server (Only if I'm totally sure about that) it's perm ban. If someone is mass disrespect/racism (I'll do it after I gaged/muted and warned the guy and if he continues) it depends of the direspect. If someone is avoid punishment it's 1 day. If someone is massrulebreak it depends of the rulebreak.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I was the only staff on the server and a guy trapspamed so I slayed him and warned him. After he reactivated so I slayed him and warned him. If he continued I can only kick but if I was admin I can ban the guy for mass rulebreak (if he continues) , cause a kick won't stop him.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I'm now moderator for 1 month and I want to have my admin rank again. I want to be admin again because by being a moderator I can't ban. I can only kick and I don't think a kick will stop a hacker or a big rulebreaker, he will only come back and restart. I changed my name so my gametrackers are a bit fucked up but I promise you I played and got the activity. I was a good admin and I will do my job as when I was admin.

After he micspamed, I gaged him and warned him so he got kicked. The map changed so the punishment stopped. He micspamed again so I warned him and gaged him again and kicked him. If I'm admin I can ban a guy for mass rulebreak, cause a kick won't stop him.

In this part correct me if I am wrong but I read that you warned him 4 times and I believe 3 active warns is a kick and 4 active warns is a ban I was a little confused here because you said you kicked him after the fourth warn when the game will auto ban him but if I am wrong correct me please or if it was not an active warn I will retract what I said but the rest of the app is pretty good, for now I am a :neutralsp:

but once you've explained the part I have requested to be explained and it makes sense it'll be a :plussp:

Hum a ban is 5 warns I belive, I didn't saw someone with 5 warns a lot. And if you are right I think I maybe added an other situation but if my memory is good it's 5 warns and this is the real situation. Thanks anyways Micky

Hum as I said I think I've added an other situation. The micspam part I think. Oh yes I remember the micspam was an other day with an other guy. I'll delete it. + the guy didn't reconnect to the server after I kicked him. Oh and Micky you remember on minecraft map you came and you asked me if everything was okay, I was answering to the rulebreaker. He asked why he got slayed again. I remember you didn't saw me warning him but you saw me answering to the guy. Hope you remember and thanks Micky.

So you're actually saying that 2 rule breaks is mass rule breaking?

No I don't say it's mass rulebreak it's an example. Because if I was admin I just warned him and slayed him. I won't ban. Just in this case be admin isn't really needed. It's only if the guy continued to rulebreak I'll ban. Sorry robin but in my head it was a bit better. I'll edit and say "If the guy continued to rulebreak I can only kick so if I was admin I can ban him if he continues". Thanks robin.

This is the only instance i have a little bit of a issue with . Because how in earth are you gonna know for sure some one is hacking the server or ddossing it

I do like the examples you give of your valid bans and i like it so far.

Your application over all is nicely detailed and you seem to understand how things work.
