Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
The only situation where a ban would be appropriate would be where the player is hacking. As it is not tolerated on any ZARP server. Other situations can be handled using the warn system, aslay or other available commands.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi there!
My name is The Eliminator. I see that you have been banned for cheating in one of our ZARP servers. Please note that we sincerely advise you to read the rules over again to let us know that you are truly sorry for your actions and do not plan on repeating your offence in the future.
In my opinion. I feel that you show a great deal of effort in your appeal and given us a clear representation of what you are feeling about your ban.
Your detailed apology and appeal towards the community has given us the opportunity to allow you to have a second chance and welcome you back to our servers! However. If you are caught to be repeating the offence that caused your ban again, ZARP will be required to punish you accordingly and severely. As you already know, ZARP does not tolerate hacking.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Firstly, I feel that I should be promoted because many people know that I have transferred from SSRP to TTT. So these people will recognise that I am trusted with admin powers on SSRP for over a year, maybe two. In addition to that, I am quite friendly and dedicated towards the TTT server as I am active almost everyday and will punish anyone who breaks rules. Including myself if I feel that is the case.
Secondly, I see great potential on the TTT server, as it is clear that the currently popularity of the TTT server will increase over time with the additions of new items and such. As well as the removal of some bugs which causes irritation among a few. This means that if this server becomes increasingly popular over the course of the years to come, this would mean that I would need to be more responsible with my current and future abilities in order to maintain that rise in popularity.
Lastly, my previous positions in staffing and the experiences that I have gained as proven myself worthy of being able to maintain this rank and keep the server at it's strong point throughout the course of the year (also including other staff members). Being admin on SSRP also indicates that I have the ability to handle high pressured situations, follow a large body of rules as well as keeping my attitude and behaviours positive, allowing others to follow my example and reduce a large amount of negativity if there is any.
