I speak fluent English with some broken Spanish mixed in. I have the ability to form basic sentences and understand an average amount of words.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
A correct situation in which to use the !ban command would be if there is a player quite obviously using scripts or hacks to gain an unfair advantage and to ruin the game for other users. An example would be spinbot or aimbot (Which with all the accusations going around is quite topical), this script or hack is very easy to detect as it isn't meant to be discreet.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If I was contacted by player X to appeal their ban, and it was their first ban, I would try and discusss with the admin who banned them what cheats they were using and what caused them to ban them. I would then see how long ago they were banned and how severe they were using the cheat. Finally, I would then open a chat with the admin who banned them and player X to try and resolve the issue, should it end with the player ultimately having enough reason to be unbanned and the ban being a moderate time before the discussion (Perhaps a month or two), I would then seek to unban them.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
At the time of writing, my total playtime on the server leaderboard is 2 days, 6 hours and 17 minutes. This is the second highest on the server, second only to CeeZee (I'll get you yet), the third highest playtime is only 1 day and around 7 hours of playtime. This currently makes me one of the most active staff members.
Next, there has only been one incident of an incorrect warn in my time being a staff member, and that was warning someone for LTAP where a warn was not needed (This has now been resolved).
Finally, I am not one to be biased towards certain people. I understand that being a staff member means that I am there representing the server, and as such try to avoid causing any harm to the image of Zarp. I am polite with rookies and help to explain and inform them of any questions they have or any mistakes they are making.

I'm only putting one thing in this point, and it's a negative towards me, however, it is an important piece for if I was to be promoted.
Currently, I am working an 8 hour shift job where I cannot choose my hours, due to this, my playtime is heavily varying and often means that I will be unable to attend meetings on sundays, I am currently trying to work around these hours and will inform other staff if I am unable to attend a meeting,

1 thing i have to say though is he doesnt always think before handing out Slays/warns but other then that 100% deserves Admin
