What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Did not do his job right, left a prop pusher and a rdmer go away, didnt handle anything properly, and not following staff ethos- Giving me a warning for disrespect instantly without muting despite me having no recent warns for the past 3 weeks. Overall no idea on what he is doing with his rank.

Please would you mind stating what them screenshots actually are trying to state.

However, Grizz asked for admins to deal with the PropPushers, and said he has to deal with you(Reason).
I decided to spectate Grizz, as the reason was Disrespect.

During the sit, of where grizzy tells you the disrespect he claimed "STFU" coming from you. Shortly after this, you told grizzy to "F**k off"(Censored for reason).

I personally have had issues with you R-Flex, with how you talk to other members of this community(Sometimes you can be fine).

The warn could have easily been a mute instead yes i agree, However this is something that can just be spoken to griz.

I've looked over your evidence and even spoke with the admin you're reporting, You are a experienced player and you know the rules on disrespect, You were calling him out and not even recording you doing it as you're trying to get him demoted, That's the type of attitude you've always has R-Flex and it needs to stop sooner or later, Grizzi apologies for warn you straight up and he should've gagged you but it's all good and you're an experienced player so you know the rules well enough, Also regarding the Prop Pushers Grizzi was contacting other staff for help as he had to deal with you disrespecting him, So next time if you're reporting someone don't cuss them out and try to roast them then report them.
