Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
I'd tell them a bit about the basics of bhop, strafing and the different styles that you can select. I'd instruct them on how to use A & D combined with mouse movements to increase their speed.

I'd also tell them that they can spectate me if they want to see how I do it or point them in the direction of a more experienced user if they want advanced tips and tricks on how they can further improve their times and performance whilst bunny hopping.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would instruct them to stop spamming or abusing the chat they were abusing. If they continued their abusive behaviour I would mute or gag them in order to prevent further disturbances from the user.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
Depending on how severe the exploit was I would either correct the user and prompt them to abstain from abusing the exploit or kick them from the server and contact an administrator to further investigate and decide if further punishment is needed. Regardless of the punishment given to the user I would inform someone able to fix the issue of it and possible ways to fix it to make sure it can't be exploited in the future.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I am trusted within the community as is made obvious by the fact that I am an owner of TTT and a head admin on the SSRP servers, I am also staff on the forums and teamspeak server. When I've been on the server, both late at night and early in the day I sometimes see people being offensive in the chat or going AFK and stopping progression or hindering fun and progress in some other way. I feel like with this rank I could enjoy the server more and make sure that other people could enjoy it more too. I think these are qualities that make me a good candidate for the position.
