TOPIC: [darkRP]-Random permanent ban

I was building a nice entrance to the mine as a hobo and permission from a SUPER admin to build it... I found out that rocks where banned so I had to make some, I got a cannon ball and painted it like a rock I paced them down to make it look amazing. BUT I was trying to make a arch and then boom permanent ban by "P3N9UIN" and my friends ask why and he said prop spam. So I would like to start a demotion on P3N9UIN and a unban, Also didn't get warned...
