Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
What i've learned from experience, it's very important to be respectful and nice to every player in a f1, no matter what they do. It might be hard some times but it helps a lot to clear all the aggressive jugdement and in the end everyone is happy, even the guy who got warned. I do my best to be as positive as possible. I've learned from my mistakes when it comes to use commands, i was a bit rusty with the commands after i came back again. As moderator you have to be calm, and have a clear and open mind.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I had a f1 with a guy who reported another dude for rdm, i teleported him to a roof and asked about his story, and then i ask the other dude about his story. In the end the player that reported the f1 figures out that it was not rdm and decides to kill everyone on the roof (i was not the only one handling a f1 on the roof). I had no chance to freeze him before he killed everybody.

Another situation was when i was trying to tp to a player who had a question, he was in a small room and that effected my teleports, also did he have a lot of fences and it maked me stuck. It was a hard time to get over to him, and i spended a lot of time to get over to him

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello Sir!
Congrats, you now moderator on Zarp RP servers.
I will guide you through the commands and options you have now as moderator, if you got any questions can you always ask

Before we go through the guide, will i explain a little bit of what our target is as a staff member
As a staff member we will do our best to make other players experience awesome. Therefor always try to be calm and positive, and try show some empathy

New job!
As you can see now when you look at your f4 menu, is there a new job called Mod On Duty, that job can you use when you only take f1's. you may not use it to do rp stuff, like build a house, or raid. I also recommend that you don't run around in town with the job, most because you are out of roleplay

Different f1 menu!
When you press f1, can you see there is another f1 menu for you. This is your main tool as a staff, here comes the active f1s and here can you also check logs and recent warns on the server. If you see a active f1 can you right click on it and mark it handle, now the f1 is yours, and you can tp to the player or bring him to a roof

F6 Menu
If you press f6, can you see there pops a warn menu up, in here can you see all the warns of each player. so if you see a mod application, can you copy hes steam id, and then press on "Search" and paste it there, and all the warns will pops up.

Logs
The logs is giving you a lot of information, it shows you Kills / Job switches / Name change / Player Joined / Arrests / Player Left. If you having a situation where you gotta figure out who killed the player that reported the f1, then just search he's name in the logs, and hopefully it gives you the information you need

Teleport

/tp "player" - This command helps you teleport players and yourself to where you are looking at. This is very good for teleporting yourself to a roof or a player down from a roof after a f1. I recommend you bind this in your console "bind "n" "say /tp". This will do so every time you press n, will you teleport. Only use this for out of roleplay situations ofc.
/goto "player" - This command tp you straight beside the player, this is very useful if a player wants you to tp to him about a f1.
/bring "player" - This command brings a player right next to you.
/back "player" - This is a very important teleport command, after you have teleported a player to a roof, can you tp him back to his last location, this means he can come straight back to where you teleported him away from. But be careful! if you teleport him more than once, will this not work aswell.

A good idea is to use STEAM ID instead of names, reason to this is that you can tp more people at one time. So you can if you do it wrong, tp the whole server to you, and we don't want that do we?
Also the f1 menu is great tool to goto and bring the player you want to help

Freeze
You also have the option to freeze people, by doing /freeze "player" or doing it through the tab menu. You can use this against players who escape f1's, players there is mass rdming. attempt rdming. and so on.
You can set a freeze time by doing /freeze "player" "time"

Warns
/warn "player" is to warn people who broke rules, you gotta be 100% sure that they broke the rule you warning them for, because when you first warn them, then is it undeleteable on records for the player. The warn will be saved, and if the get 3 in a row will they be kicked, if they reconnect and get another one will they get banned for a limited time.
/Unwarn "player" is taking the warn back, this is not deleting the warn from the f6 menu tho

Kick
You can also kick a player, but i would more recommend to warn them, and see if they get 3 in a row.

Slay
/slay is used to kill a player, you can use this if a Citizen have a big weapon, example

Unban from job
If you go through the tab menu can you now unban people from the jobs they got demoted from. This is incase they got false demoted.

Hello sir, i can see that i banned you permanently of the reason propspaming. This is your first ban on Zarp servers, and because of that, will i give you a second chance. I'm going to lower your ban to 1 week, because you still broke the rule and you still have to take a punishment. I suggest you should read the rules again and don't break any when you come back. Have a nice day, and i hope we see you in 1 week

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be re-promoted to admin because i'm a mature person, i have the knowledge of the rules and commands you can use as admin. Like i just said, do i have been admin before on Zarp servers, i resigned most because of family problems. I have been in the comminity for around a year and I was admin in 2 months and 3 weeks, before i resigned. When i came back did i read the rules around 6 times, so i maked sure that i did not miss a new rule. As you probaly can tell, is my english gram still bad, and i hope its not a problem. I respect everyone, and when it comes to rulebreakers does i take it very seriously.

My motto is always try to be positive, and let players have an awesome experience on the Zarp servers, you should choose me because i will do my best to help the staff team, and help the players who need help
