Welcome to my Application, I hope you read it and you can give me some constructive feedback before the meeting what will take place today!

Would just like to say, I've spent many hours on my alt account in the past week on server three, I have not been active like I should have this week since I have been busy and it will improve massively.

Through the many different names Zarp has had, I've put in around many hours into zarp.

Estimated Server Time: 550 Hours + ( Don't exactly know )

Languages I Speak: English ( Fluent ) , Little Spanish , Little French. I am capable of using google translate to communicate with other people if need be.

DarkRP Related

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Player B Comes across a Player named A, Player is is a walking around the spawn just enjoying himself on the Community, Player B Runs up to A And demands 4k over the microphone but player A Does not respond due to his parents hoovering next door, So player B Shoots A without using the correct way of mugging ( /me Mug drop 4k or die )

Random death match is commonly known as "RDM" This is where you would kill someone without a Valid RP Reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Player B Is raiding Player A At the hotels, Player A has a valuable G-Corp printer and does not care and he will do anything to save the printer. Player A Get's killed while protecting his printer and B Is about to take it back to his base to farm some money while he can. As Player B is walking down the hotel stairs with the G-Corp printer A Shoots and kills him returning the printer back to his base within 30 seconds upon death.

New Life rule is mostly known as "NLR" It is where you return to your death location / district without waiting your timeframe.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Mark has a friend named Harry, Harry asked Mark where he was on // ( OOC, Out of character ) Mark replies, // Hey Harry, I'm currently at the fountain, Come with me as I'm currently a gun dealer and you said you needed PSG's quickly and my inventory is full!

This is a case of meta gaming because he had just given his location and his job away in out of character, This is classed as metagaming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would first teleport X and Y To a suitable location eg: On a roof, Then I would ask each of them their story since a console log showing that Y Killed X Could mean 100 things, I would ask if X Was Basing, If X Was a mutant and see their answers. Then I would ask Y Why he killed X. I would then ask if X Or Y Has proof of this RDM. If both of them had 0 Evidence towards each others, I would explain that nothing could be taken place until either of them can get proof towards this incident.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would first teleport X And Y To a roof like any other sit and then first ask for Evidence ( Key priority ), lets say X Killed Y in spawn and then Y Nlr'ed saying how he had no timer, I would explain saying even though you have no timer you cannot NLR In spawn even though it does not show the timer. I would verbally warm Y Due to him not knowing this. I would ask that Y Would read through the rules and he does not do this again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would Private message X Explaining to him what rule he had just broken.

First off I would say " Hey X, I've just seen your OOC Message and I'm here to inform you that you have just broken the Metagaming rule, As a staff member we are here to tell you that this is not allowed. ( I would check and see if he had any previous meta gaming rules and if he didn't have any I would say this ) Since you have not had a warning for this before I am going to ask you that if you ever want to inform someone that you are being raided please use the appropriate chat Eg: Group chat. I will be issuing you with a Verbal warning but if I see you doing it again I will be warning you. Please read through the /motd or /rules to understand the current server rules! Have fun"

Now If I see that he has been warned for it.

"Hey X, I've just seen your OOC Message and I'm here to inform you that you have just broken the Metagaming rule, As a staff member we are here to tell you that this is not allowed. I've seen that you have broken this rule 2 times in the past 3 days meaning you have been told this before. I will be issuing you with a warning and I am also going to be asking you to take your time and familiarize this rules on this server, You can do this by typing in /motd or /rules. Have fun!"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I think I should be chosen as a staff member in the Zarp community is because I would like to help out Zarp for the good, I have been staff on some of the bigger servers meaning I've gotten used to dedicating my times to dealing with sits, I've also learnt most of the ULX Commands what we would need to be using for staff. Meaning that my mentor training would take less time and be easier.

Throughout the Zarp months you may come across a day when the Staff count would be low meaning that sits would take a long time and only one staff member would be dealing with multiple f1's, If we could introduce new staff members It would help current Mods, Admins, Super Admins and also Head Admins deal with issues on server 1,2,3.

My act towards the zarp community Changed just over a week I was caught doing something I should not have, During this time I have made friends and helped people out... Yes sometimes we all make little mistakes and say something but I keep that to a minimum. On teamspeak I like having a joke around with a few people and people may have met me on their, Sometimes they may not like being in the channel with certain people but I do like having a laugh here and their.

If I could become a [Moderator] I would be able to deal with things when certain people are not online ( Staff ) Meaning that we would be able to keep the playerbase stable so people will not think this server is not taken and ran seriously.

I will be spending more time on a Friday - Saturday / Sunday. Since it is weekends but sometimes I may have to go out or I will go out for a few hours since at the end of the day. We do all have lives

Note to staff reading.

With my recent warnings I do apologise and if it effects my chance of being staff I am sorry, I have changed my attitude towards everyone and that one warning for "Racism" Probably Two-Three weeks old is a huge scar on my Rap Sheet and I hope it will be looked over one day since it's not the best and I hope people understand.

I am willing to talk to staff about it on teamspeak and share info on it.

Yeah personally I think I've stopped the banter a lot more and starting to take things much more serious. Just haven't spoken to many of the staff / lead team yet to show them,Thank you for the input Para.

Correct, Was reading out a email given by MsRevine and read her name.

Then I stated something and another staff member misheard it, This had led to one thing and another.
