Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

So it will make f1’s faster cause I’ve had some difficult f1’s I didn’t know how to handle those until I did my first one whit slayer. Now I know u don’t need to be soft whit some rule breakers u need to be to the point.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Well if I need to freeze a guy it takes ages or when I need to ban a guy that was mass rule breaking it takes ages to get a admin if I can do it myself it’s will make myself more efficient.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I’m here to explain what your duty is for moderator u have to ‘help’ zarp against rule breakers
So first start of the duty press f1 u will see something popup that is the report menu u can handle reports there up top u see logging that are the logs what shows u what happens
First off u got go to the player:
/goto Player
If you want to have the victim come to you :
/bring Player
Before bringing the rule breaker always go to him and ask if he has time.
In a sit that has enough proof
u can give them a verbal that is explaining the rule to them
or u can warn them for breaking a rule whit command:
/warn player
If they are annoying or running away u can freeze them
/freeze player
/unfreeze player
U can mute/unban from job /freeze from job people
In the Tab menu u click on their name then u have a couple buttons that explain themselves
Mute/ globaly mute: u can mute player voice or chat whit that.
unban from job : U can unban players there job if they got demoted.
Freeze: u can freeze players whit this instantly.
If you need a admin go into your chat and press @ or /// and then ask for them
If there is no admin online then u need to kick the player in time of need but don’t do this to offend and always try to warn them first.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would try and to get in contact whit the guy who banned him then proceed further if the guy who banned him is okay that he is back in the server. then il unban him but spectate him for a while so he doesn’t break any rules. If he does break a rule it’s going to be an instant warning. Cause he had his change to look at the rules and follow them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Cause I have been playing zarp for a year now. I feel my duty as moderator has been good so far even whit some down falls but those down falls learned me so much I was scared at the beginning doing f1’s but now it’s like my first job I like to do f1’ but it take age’s to do it sometimes as a mod. And I want to go a step further help the community and try my best to eliminate rule breakers trying to go to a ‘better’ zarp . I have seen people fade away to the bad side I try to get them back to let zarp live again but I couldn’t do it as a moderator.

About 2 weeks ago you got caught printing under the map
When we confronted you you told us that you were jellouse of the other people and that was your reason of exploiting our system.
