Other comments - I am making a report abuse about this following situation due to him keep breaking NLR and no other staff member online is taking care of this.
Reason - NLR
Story - I walked over to the spawn to see him die then stays in the district he died in, which is known as NLR.

I'll speak with him and let him know if he's going to actively roleplay in spawn where he died, he'll have to leave the district and wait out his NLR.
