Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Killing someone without a good explanation
Max killed Sam the Sausage for no reason, Max will be warned for RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when you die in a district, you can not go back in it until 3 minutes later, it can be broken by entering the district before the NLR wait is over. Logan Merchant killed Joey Merchant cause Joey tried raiding his base in the crack house district. Joey returns to the crack house district only 25 seconds later and kills Logan, Joey will be warned for Revenge RDM and breaking NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.: Using commands like ooc to rp or inform someone of whats happening in rp. Max says pd is being raided in ooc, Max gets warned for Meta.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Joey accuses Logan for RDMing him, the console log shows that Logan killed Joey. I will ask Joey why he killed him, if he says that he shot first, If the other denies it, I will ask both of them if they have any further proof. If Logan killed Joey for no reason, Logan will be warned. If Joey did shoot Logan then both will leave the sit.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Daniel Merchant accuses Sam the Sausage for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.: I will check the first kill logs, if it is true I will goto the first kill, The person killed first gets warned for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Max calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: If he has no recent warns I will give him a verbal warning, if he did have recent/multiple warns he will get warned for MetaGaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I love playing on ZARP, I've been playing on the servers for almost a year now, but I've noticed an increase of multiple cases of RDM, NLR, and just simply minging, and those people don't even get banned or even warned whenever there's no admins on. I want to fix this solution. Aside from that, I also want to help out the ZARP community, and find ways to make it better.

Oml, no what happened was a guard killed 2 people then shot me, so I killed him. But as further proof, the guard was wanted for murder after he killed the 2 people. Plus, I wasn't even a guard yesterday, I'm never really a guard at all lol.
