They were shut down due to them being inactive and had hardly anyone playing.

thats due to the fact of 75% of it didn't work and it wasn't being updated or even finished

Both of those servers where shut down due to the fact that they didn't have an owner to run them, and if a server doesn't have an owner to run them then they will be shut down. They also didn't receive many players on the server anyways.
